1. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Orders will be dispatched within two business days.

If you are located in a metro location the approximate delivery time is 2-3 days after dispatch.

If you are located in a regional area the approximate delivery time is 3-7 days after dispatch.

If you are located in a remote area of Australia, the approximate delivery time is 7-10 business days.
All orders will receive a tracking number to enable you to track your delivery.
2. Can you express post my order to me?
Yes, we can! Please choose express shipping at checkout.
3. Will my order arrive safely?
All books are shrink-wrapped, and individually packaged in a sturdy cardboard box, to ensure they arrive to you in the same condition they leave us.
4. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do! Please email us at hello@thesunnypineapple.com.au to make arrangements and for pricing.
5. There is a problem with my order, how can I contact you?

6. Will my child's class photo fit on the page?
My School Yearbook is extra large to allow for this.
The dimensions of the Class Photo page are 370mm x 290mm.
7. What are the dimensions of the My School Yearbook?

Cover: 410mm wide x 305mm high

Inside page: 360mm wide x 290mm high
- Spine: 35mm with a 30mm spiral
8. Is shipping cheaper if I order more than one book?
Shipping is capped at $15 for 1 book and $25 for 2-5 books. Due to the size of the product, please contact us for shipping quotes on orders of more than 5 books.
